WHO AM I?

A continuous trajectory in the Building – Real Estate Sector has been modeling the professional I have turned into. My name is REBECA BERMEJO.

I started my career working for a Real Estate Agency after finishing my studies in Marketing and Commercial Management. That’s where everything started. I was not aware of how my life would be linked to interior spaces and the creation of environments.

I have always been a restless girl, an attitude that years later still latent. A continuous training has always gone hand in hand with me. Technical Architecture Studies were the ones that led me to work in the management of projects in real estate development companies, and later on management of projects within the Retail sector, in commercial airport areas (Malaga, Alicante, Bilbao, Lanzarote, Granada, Coruña, Santander, Oviedo …) as Project Manager.

As I’ve said, restless and curious, I began to consciously sensitize myself with the importance of the shelter provided by a Home, and I began to investigate in all those topics focused on making the inner something to feel, a second skin, such as Bio-construction, Efficiency of Noble Materials, Geobiology, Harmonization with Vastu, and Sustainable Design thanks to the Master in Environment and Bioclimatic Architecture, all with the purpose of always putting in tune people and places that have the ability to make people feel good by making each home recover the Harmony with a beautiful, simple, ordered and, above all, vibrant aesthetics, and finally live in them or focus them with a suitable and intelligent style for better marketing (both for sale or rent).

Home Staging is how the USA defines the change or design of a Lifestyle that has to be given to a house to develop an intelligent sale, being that the training with which I updated in 2014 to offer a greater value to all those empty, closed, dark, cold, desolate homes, with the aim of projecting a worthy lifestyle for a future buyer influencing on the purchase decision that will lead them to inhabit that new Home.
